At Learn with James, the safety and wellbeing of every child is a top priority. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for all students.

1. Safe Online Environment
All lessons are conducted online using secure, reputable platforms. Sessions are structured, age-appropriate, and focused on learning objectives.

2. Parental Awareness
Parents or guardians are encouraged to be aware of lesson times and may observe sessions if they wish. Communication about scheduling and progress is always transparent.

3. Professional Conduct
All interactions are professional, respectful, and appropriate for primary-aged children. Communication outside of lessons is kept to parents or guardians unless agreed otherwise.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information is kept secure and used only for tutoring purposes. No sessions are recorded without explicit parental consent.

5. Safeguarding Concerns
Any concerns about a child’s wellbeing will be taken seriously and handled appropriately, following relevant safeguarding guidance and procedures.
